Executive Chef Jason Bangerter and his team have been working on something special.

The Langdon Hall Grand Menu is a specially curated selection of dishes you won’t find on our à la carte menu. Experience a culmination of Chef Bangerter’s favourite dishes from throughout his career. With inspiration from the terroir of Langdon Hall, The Grand Tasting Menu features creatively crafted dishes using local gems and the most luxurious ingredients from around Canada.

We will be offering The Grand Tasting Menu on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until Saturday, December 23rd.

The 9-course tasting menu is $325 + taxes and gratuities per person. Two wine pairing experiences are available alongside your tasting menu. Our sommeliers will offer you the choice between The Globetrotter at $160 + taxes and gratuities per person, or The World Classics at $300.00 + taxes and gratuities per person. Pairings will be selected at the table and do not need to be confirmed in advance.

Due to the nature of this menu, no substitutions or modifications can be made. Tables of 1-4 people are available for booking. All guests at your table must participate in The Grand Tasting Menu. Please note, reservations for The Grand Tasting Menu must be made in advance.

BLACK FRIDAY SALE

Purchase a gift card or an e-certificate from Friday, November 24th to Monday, November 27th and receive a gift card worth 10% of your purchase.   Purchases can be made by phone from 9:00am to 7:00pm, in-person from 9:00am to 11:00pm, or online 24 hours a day.   Your gift certificate will be sent to the mailing address provided, or email address for e-certificate orders. All 10% back gift certificates will be sent via email. For mail orders, please note there may be shipping delays due to the busy holiday season.  All gift cards will be redeemable after December 1st and can be used towards accommodations, dining, and/or spa services.  For any phone orders, please phone us at 519-740-2100.
