HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND A BBQ?
This year, we have two ticket prices available: The BBQ Series Pre-Party Package and The Main Event.
BBQ Series Pre-Party Package
The party before the party. The BBQ Series Pre-Party Package gives you the opportunity to join our guest chefs for a cocktail reception in our Orchard Room at 5:00pm. Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and the sparkling personalities of our chefs from 5:00pm to 5:30pm. From 5:30pm to 6:00pm, indulge in our oyster bar before being whisked away by Head Gardener Jeremy Gehl for a garden tour (and sparkling top up, obviously). After your tour, Jeremy will escort you over to the Summer House where your night really begins. Only 20 spots are available per BBQ date. This package includes the pre-party reception and the BBQ dinner at 6:30pm.
The Main Event
Doors open at 6:30pm. Join us at The Summer House and Firshade grounds and explore each chef's BBQ station, drinks and good company.
For every BBQ except "A Local Affair," the BBQ Series Pre-Party Package is $390.00 + taxes and gratuities and The Main Event is $265.00 + taxes and gratuities.
For "A Local Affair," on Friday, June 28th the BBQ Series Pre-Party Package is $425.00 + taxes and gratuities and The Main Event is $300.00 + taxes and gratuities. What sets "A Local Affair" apart from the other BBQ dates? We will be joined by Duende Kings who will be performing the entire evening.
NOW THAT I'VE READ ALL THIS INFORMATION, HOW CAN I BUY A TICKET?
The BBQ Series Pre-Party Package goes on sale Wednesday, April 24th at 10:00am online through OpenTable. The Main Event tickets go on sale Friday, April 26th at 10:00am online through OpenTable. On both dates, a booking link will be sent out via our email newsletter, so make sure you're subscribed for first access.
BBQ Series tickets are paid in advance and are non-refundable.
All ticket sales will be sold through OpenTable. Our Reservations Team will be unable to sell tickets over the phone or in-person. Please make your purchases through OpenTable.
