On November 7th, 2017 Chef Jason was honoured to welcome Chef Normand Laprise from Toqué! In Montreal as they created a culinary exploration of Nespresso’s new Exclusive Selections. Guests experienced Nespresso’s Nepal Lamjung and Kilimanjaro Peaberry. Two unique, singular, and complex blends with unexpected origins.
Chef Normand, Chef Jason and Nespresso Sommelier Elyse Lambert guided guests through these unexplored flavours as these unique blends were infused into each artfully crafted dish and paired perfectly with wine from our cellar. Thank you to all our guests who join us!
