Langdon Hall Wellbeing Efforts

Our Committment to Safety

During the provincial stay-at-home order, Langdon Hall will be temporarily closed.

Once we reopen, protocols and policies will continuously evolve based on guidance from public health and government authorities.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through these times and ensure the safety of both our staff and valued guests.

Once we reopen, a few offerings might be different, we promise you will receive the same passionate hospitality from our dedicated team in our spacious country retreat.

We look forward to welcoming you to our property in the near future. Please call us directly to book your future reservation at 1-800-268-1898 or inquire online.

General Property

Property Overview

  • We ask all our guests to refrain from entering the property if they have any reason to believe they may have been exposed to COVID-19, or are showing symptoms.
  • Langdon Hall requires every person to wear a mask or face covering in all indoor public spaces across the whole property. This includes the Spa, public areas in the Main House, and hallways of the Cloister building. The temporary removal of a mask or face covering is permitted when seated at a table enjoying a meal or drink, but is required to be worn any time during transit, for example leaving the table to visit the washrooms.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the property.
  • Physical distancing measures will be in place in all public areas.
  • The health of our team members is being carefully monitored. Any team member that has any reason to believe they may have been exposed to COVID-19, or are showing symptoms has access to a special paid time off program.
  • COVID-19 has affected communities across the nation, including ours. We are working with government and local officials to ensure we continue to offer a safe environment for our guests and staff. Please follow safety guidelines at work, at home, and in the community to help slow the spread of coronavirus.
  • People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of reported symptoms – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. These include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea.  We have revised our cancellation policy to eliminate penalties for those cancelling due to illness, and screen all patrons for symptoms upon arrival to the property.
  • We encourage all of our guests and staff to stay informed, practice physical distancing, and follow public health advice.
