We are delighted to announce we have been awarded the Safe Travels Stamp. The Safe Travels Stamp is an international symbol designed to allow travelers to recognize governments and companies around the world, which have adopted health and hygiene, standardized protocols.

General Property

Property Overview

  • We ask all our guests to refrain from entering the property if they have any reason to believe they may have been exposed to COVID-19, or are showing symptoms.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the property.
  • The health of our team members is being carefully monitored. Any team member that has any reason to believe they may have been exposed to COVID-19, or is showing symptoms has access to a special paid time off program.

Activities

  • The pool is open for all overnight guests to enjoy throughout our warmer months.
  • Bicycles are available to borrow to explore our 12km trails.
  • Croque lawn, tennis, lawn games, and outdoor lounge areas are available for guest enjoyment throughout our warmer months.
  • We offer wine tastings and garden tours to our overnight guests. Please inquire with the Front Desk if you wish to book either.

Dining

  • Our Dining Room is open to both outside and overnight guests for lunch.
  • Dining is by reservation. To make a reservation please contact us at 519-740-2100.

Local & Public Areas

  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in key areas throughout the hotel.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection with special attention to high-touch points.
  • Seating will be rearranged to promote physical distancing.

Public Washrooms

  • Hand sanitizer stations will be located outside of washrooms if hand towels are not possible to use on doorknobs upon exiting.
  • High-touches surfaces will be sanitized frequently.

Hotel Stay

Pre-Stay

  • Each guest will receive a confirmation email from the hotel prior to arrival providing additional information on the arrival process.

Arrival

  • Guest arrivals will be spaced out to allow for individualized guest check-in.

Housekeeping

We want to provide guests with the highest level of service and attention, but we understand if guests prefer to limit team members entering their guest room. To accommodate personal preferences, we are offering options for Housekeeping services:

  • Housekeeping Daily Service: The classic Langdon Hall standard, for those guests who prefer daily service.
  • Housekeeping Drop Service: We understand some guests may not want to share their space with others once they arrive, so we will stock the room appropriately for the entire stay. If additional items are required, we would be pleased to place them outside your room at your convenience.
  • Evening turndown service will be provided to all guests.

Spa

  • The spa will be available to hotel guests 7 days a week or to outside guests Monday-Friday. Appointment only.
  • Hotel guests may arrive to the Spa in their guest room robe or can change in our Spa change rooms.
  • Due to capacity limits, the use of Spa amenities including the sauna, whirlpool and steam room are subject to availability.

Guest Room

  • All guests will have access to the PressReader app that provides over 7000 publications for your reading pleasure.
  • Guest requests will be carried out in a thoughtful manner with guests’ safety in mind.

Dining

  • Our Dining Room is open to both outside and overnight guests for lunch.
  • Dining is by reservation. To make a reservation please contact us at 519-740-2100.

In-Room Dining

  • Contactless drop-off and pick-up of in-room dining is available.
  • Trays will be disinfected between each use.

Check-Out

  • Contactless check-out via email or phone is available.
  • Keys may be left in the room.
  • Invoices will be emailed directly to guests.

Dining

General

  • At this time, Afternoon Tea is not available.
  • Lunch reservations are available everyday for guests not staying overnight.
  • Outdoor dining is weather dependent.

In-Room Dining

  • Contactless drop-off and pick-up of in-room dining is available.
  • Trays will be disinfected between each use.

Table Service

  • Guests will be asked to respect their reservation time and arrive on time. Late arrivals may be rescheduled.

Supporting Local

  • More than ever right now we are supporting our local farmers, suppliers, and artisans. However, they have also experienced very challenging times so their supply can at times be unpredictable.
  • Chef Jason is sourcing the best ingredients for guests and designing delicious menus with what our suppliers can provide.

The Spa

General

  • In accordance with government mandates, both Langdon Hall staff and guests will still be required to wear a mask when receiving massage services.
  • Guests are asked to arrive no earlier than one hour prior to their treatment time and leave no later than one hour after their treatment is complete.
  • All guests will be required to complete our standard health form, which will now include COVID-19 related questions.
  • The spa will be available to hotel guests by appointment only.
  • Hotel guests are welcome to arrive at the spa in the robe provided in their hotel room, change in our change rooms, or change in their treatment room prior to their service.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the spa.
