French Tasting Spoon
Chef Bangerter endorsed utensil for a home cook. This French tasting spoon is designed to sample soups or sauces without double dipping! The liquid is scooped up at the large stirring end then tilted back. The liquid runs down the length of the spoon into the small tasting end. Made from solid North American hard maple.
Walnut Charcuterie Board
Custom made for TCS in Hamilton, this octagon wood serving board is as visually appealing as it is functional. Top with meat, cheese, and the LH crisps. The contrast of the grainy dark walnut creates interest with the items being displayed. 8" x 8"

Seasoned garlic and sesame flatbread. Approximately 2 dozen.
Orchard apples complimented with cinnamon, this compote can be eaten with cheese, on yogurt, or right off the spoon!
Chef JB's spice "makes everything nice". This blend of mild festive spices (cinnamon, star anise, cloves, juniper, coriander, & fennel seeds) can be used to add a taste of the season to just about anything over the cooler months. It is a staple in the kitchen pantry at LH.
Local Small Batch Honey
Lovingly made by the neighbouring bees of Clovercroft Farm. An integral part of growing organic food for the local community. The nectars for the honey are drawn while the bees pollinate a full season of the flowers of the fruit and vegetable farm, mixed with the wildflowers and trees that host the diverse ecosystem we depend on.
