Exceptional menus and elegant dining rooms make a private party at Langdon Hall an experience to remember. Langdon Hall has four private dining rooms that are perfect for private lunches, afternoon tea parties, dinner or cocktail receptions.

The Red Room

The Red Room and Conservatory, once the ladies’ parlour, offers the most intimate and elegant spot in our main house. The private room adjoins to the main lobby and has a wood-burning fireplace, french doors leading into a private conservatory and features a beautiful 19th century antique dining room table that can seat a maximum of 14 persons.

The Red Room and Conservatory can be rented for $250.00 per event.

Colonel Langdon's Room

For parties up to 22 persons, The Colonel Langdon Room and Conservatory offers another lovely setting for a private get-together. Also situated off the main lobby, it was once the original main dining room and still includes the original chandelier. The room features an attached conservatory, a wood-burning fireplace, large windows overlooking the front lawn and an antique dining room table.

The Colonel Langdon Room and Conservatory can be rented for $300.00 per event.

The Orchard Room

Our largest room, the Orchard Room and Terrace, boasts floor to ceiling windows overlooking manicured lawns and apple trees on the outskirts of the Carolinian forest. The enchanting room accommodates a minimum of 40 and a maximum of 72 guests for a sit-down function. As well, the room is a perfect place to host an elegant reception or family barbeque for up to 90 guests, as it offers an outdoor terrace, complete with awnings and outdoor seating.

The Orchard Room and Terrace can be rented for $1000.00 per event.

The Main Dining Room

For group gatherings with a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 50 guests seated, or for an afternoon tea gathering of 45 guests between 3:00-5:00pm only, our Main Dining Room has its own elegance that overlooks the Lily Pond and Carolinian Forest. The size of the room allows for a comfortable cocktail reception prior to your seated celebration. Thanks to plenty of large windows, there is an abundance of sunshine making for a cozy surrounding.

Half the Main Dining Room can be rented for $500.00 per event.
