The dining room at Langdon Hall prides itself on offering Canadian inspired cuisine with a strong focus on locally sourced products.  Sitting on a 75 acre estate the chefs look out their own back door first to their own kitchen garden and surrounding land which provides inspiration.  With foraging opportunities for wild edibles, the tapping of maple sugars, apiaries on site along with home churned butter one can't source food any closer to the kitchen.  From there the chef looks to the surrounding region to incorporate the best ingredients from the field, farm, forest and water to create the menus.

For this reason Chef Jonathan Gushue changes menu items on a regular basis.
