SHOUSHIN AT LANGDON HALL, A DINNER CELEBRATION OF TWO CULTURES

On October 30, 2016 Chef Jason Bangerter and Chef Jackie Lin from Shoushin created a menu unlike any other that embraced the best that has to offer in the culinary training of two cultures – French and Japanese. A luxurious traditional European French dinner prepared by a top French trained chef using the finest seafood ingredients flown in from Japan accentuated with ingredients from the Langdon Hall property.
