The Tasting Menu items do change on almost a daily basis as Chef Jonathan Gushue strives to incorporate the best ingredients from the field, farm, forest and water to create his menus. The below menu is to be used as a sample of our offerings.
During dinner hours in the main dining room -Dinner Jackets are recommended, no denim, sportswear or shorts. A casual alternative is Wilks' Bar.
