Dinner is served from 5:30p.m.
to 9:00 p.m
During dinner hours in the main dining room -Dinner
Jackets are recommended, no denim, sportswear or shorts.
Menu items do change on a weekly basis as Chef Jonathan
Gushue strives to incorporate the best ingredients from
the field, farm, forest and water to create his menus.
The below menu which was offered on December
9th, 2011 is to be used as a sample
of our offerings. We are pleased to accommodate special
requests in advance. A casual alternative is Wilks'
Bar.
