Our culinary philosophy at Langdon Hall, is based on honesty, purity and freshness. This commitment begins by looking out our back door. The property’s personality, along with climate and local landscape, create a sense of “place” that is the inspiration for each dish we create. The ever-evolving garden provides a harvest of intrigue, some plantings experimental, some not.
We work with regional producers, foragers and chefs to tap into the culinary history of this area and unexplored corners of Canadian cuisine. Of particular interest, is our take of the closer to home, traditional methods of Mennonite cooking.
As the seasons change, the menu changes to reflect the reaps of the harvest.
For this reason we change the menu items on a regular basis.
